Every member of staff is essential to the school team.

As well as the class teachers and support teachers, we have a learning support team, under the supervision of the Special Needs Coordinator, and a Learning Mentor who help us provide personalised learning to suit the needs of all our children.

Learning Support

Our administrative team not only provides the first point of communication for parents and visitors, but also offers valuable support to teachers, taking on such routine tasks as photocopying and preparing lesson resources, in order to enable teachers to spend their planning and assessment time on just that, while maintaining a reasonable work-life balance.

Lunchtime Staff

We employ a team of Lunchtime Leaders to supervise the children while eating lunch and while out at play.

In addition to the Lunchtime Leaders, Shine Sports provide 4 coaches to organise games on the playground or on the field every lunchtime.
