    Uniform

     Henleaze Infant School

    Children are expected to wear school uniform consisting of:

    • Plain or school logo polo shirt, in choice of red or navy
    • Plain or school logo crew neck sweatshirt/ cardigan in choice of red or navy
    • Plain black, navy, or grey trousers, shorts or skirt
    • Plain, black footwear suitable for school activities. 
    • Plain red or navy polo shirt with a plain red or navy sweatshirt: no visible logos or stripes.

    In summer, children may wear a standard red or blue gingham school dress with red or navy cardigan.

    These uniform items may be purchased from any location available to parents and carers. 

    PE and Games:

    • Plain white T shirt
    • Black/navy plain school shorts or Joggers or tracksuit for outside PE
    • Plimsolls or trainers should be worn for outside PE or as appropriate.

    The Infant School uniform is ordered in- house. This allows the school to offer our families accurate prices and keeps costs down.     Second hand uniform may be collected from the school foyer. In payment, we ask for a donation to the Friends of Henleaze Infant School (FHIS).

    Henleaze Junior School
    • Plain or school logo polo shirt in white or grey
    • Plain or school logo sweatshirts or hooded tops in black, navy or burgundy
    • Trousers, shorts or skirts in grey or black

    PE and Games

    • Plain or s hook logo T-shirts in the colour of their House.
    • Black shorts, tracksuit or opaque leggings

     HENSA (our PTA) organise regular second-hand uniform sales and are always grateful for uniform donations.

    Jewellery:

    Jewellery should not be worn at either school, with the following exceptions:

    • One stud earring in each/one ear, which must be removed or taped over for PE and games lessons
    • A bracelet or necklace which has religious significance, subject to a letter from parents explaining the importance of said item to their faith
    •  Any item of jewellery required for medical reasons, subject to a letter from parents explaining the importance of said item
