We were very impressed by all the candidates for the team captain positions. They presented themselves well and the pupils made very sensible decisions when voting. Well done!
This week, in English, we have been revising speech punctuation and we will be beginning our first creative piece. In Maths, we have revised rounding numbers and will be moving onto negative numbers.
We are holding the school council elections on Monday, 23rd September, and so all children will be given the opportunity to take part in a hustings later this week.
Please can we remind you that the children will have a piece of English and Maths homework each week which will be handed out on a Friday and is to be returned by Thursday. They should also be reading every night and practising their weekly spelling and multiplication tables.
