'The learning pit' and learning to be more mindful.

Learning can sometimes be hard, leading to 'big' or 'tricky' emotions. Learning to be more mindful of our body & breathing can help us to feel calmer.


In Class 7, we have learnt about the learning pit. The learning pit is divided into five different stages; Facing a challenge, having a go, problem solving, deep learning and successful learning. 
Today, we used the learning pit to understand how and why we might get worried, angry, or uncomfortable. We then had a session of listening to our bodies and being very relaxed.
