Prize winning biscuits
If you fancy making Caitlin, Hollie and Erin's competition winning cookies at home, you will need:
100g unsalted butter
25g honey
1 egg
125g plain flour
1 teaspoon mixed spice
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
75g porridge oats
175g raisins.
Mix it all up in a big bowl and bake in the oven on a tray lined with greaseproof paper.
